Each of these nations are fine destinations in their own right. Embark on a journey to this tiny country jam-packed with art, history and culture since the medieval times. Best Time to Visit

The summer months of June – August is the busiest time for Scotland; the local school holidays and most festivals coincide with the longest hours of daylight and generally warmer weather (although can be unpredictable, especially in the highlands). Unfortunately, it’s also midges (little biting insects) season in the countryside so do be prepared with repellent! To avoid the crowds, consider travelling in the shoulder months of April, May, September and October, when the temperatures are still mild and there’s more colour all around from the spring blooms to autumn foliage.
