I booked my birthday trip to SGN with Evelyn, and she help me to book and arrange well with Park hyatt.

She recommends different restaurants at Saigon. We love her recommendation.

I have visa issue and she help me and advise me what to do. When I cannot find my driver, she immediately contact the hotel and manage well. She keep on tracking me my visa progress and I feel very comfortable.

Irene helped us a lot on our trip to Italy. Thanks for her attention to detail. We have very excellent experience in Italy. The tour was well organized despite some unexpected change of plans at the last minute which was totally understandable. For example, the ceremony of MOLOUDI at Tehran which they informed us will be nationwide televised, no photo takin allowed. So we opt out.

Ali Firoozi is a true professional guide, knows his way around Iran. He know all the sights which are worth visiting. He is also genuine when it comes to bargaining with the sellers.

Enshan, the driver is very experienced and safe. I sat in the front seat and never feel scared even when we were in heavy traffic where other cars were coming left and right.

Bobby, needless to say is very experienced with in street photography and helping us to capture the essence of the scene.

I will grade the tour 9.5/10.

Our Egypt trip was one of the best holidays we ever had. Everything was well organized and the program was full of highlights. Our tour guides were pleasant and most knowledgeable. We enjoyed very much the historical part of Egypt. All tour guides earned their respect.
Our suitcases didn't show up at Cairo Airport and we had to improvise but thanks to the Agent in Cairo we got them a few days later.
All in all, we were most satisfied with this trip.

I stayed in Murray with two friends, we booked two rooms and got courtesy upgrades for both rooms.

Tea and dinner and breakfast are included in the package, very nice food and services! No negative comments on this!

The hotel itself is a art piece, many places to take photo!

Rooms are large and comfortable, with a signature bath tub!

Moreover, the reservation staff (Irene) in intriq journey is amazing and helpful! She helped a lot on my booking and have good suggestion of choices.

We are returning customer and we love this place a lot. The stay at The Murray was wonderful for celebrating my birthday in March, we have been upgraded from explorer suite to the signature suite with the help of Irene👍🏻

We especially love the arrangement of breakfast to be served in the Poppinjays with the spectacular view, food was great as always for both dinner at Tai Pan and breakfast. The take- away tea is not as out-standing and there is room for improvement on that part🤭

The suite is spacious and clean, and the hotel is offering a wide range of amenities which is especially friendly for family with kids, overall the stay is a wonderful one and we look forward for another visit in the future.

Rosewood hotel staff are all friendly and helpful, the room is excellent as it should be, and we can tell that the hotel tried their very best to make the little guest enjoy the stay too.
