This itinerary combines two of the finest destinations in Southeast Asia while you are accommodated in style under Aman. Immerse in the vibrant heartbeat of Bangkok adjacent to the iconic Nai Lert heritage home and discover the heritage of Luang Prabang, a protected UNESCO World Heritage site which has preserved its traditional atmosphere thanks to the relative isolation of Laos from foreign influence. To make your sojourn extra special, we have included an insightful guided walk with a former UNESCO cultural advisor, as well as a lovely gourmet picnic at the picturesque Kuang Si Waterfall.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred from the airport to your accommodation.
During your stay in Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, enjoy various daily scheduled activities ranging from fitness and mobility to cultural and gourmet discoveries. Partake in Thai boxing, stretching, functional mobility, or master your skills in crafting Thai chocolate, cocktails or tea. Please note that the scheduled activities is subject to change and may differ depending on your dates of stay.
You will be transferred to the airport for your onwards journey.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your accommodation.
Start by examining Royal Palace Museum’s interesting artifacts, before meeting with former UNESCO cultural advisor Mr. Francis Engelmann for an in-depth insight into the heritage of Luang Prabang, visiting among others the exquisite Wat Xiengthong which represents the very best of classical Luang Prabang style.
The rest of the day is free at leisure for you to enjoy your accommodation facilities. For stays in Amantaka, you may also avail to the use of bicycles, tuk-tuk or car transportation to explore the Luang Prabang area.
Rise early at 5.30am to partake in the daily morning ritual of Tak Bat or giving alms to the saffron-clad monks. Laos is the only Buddhist nation still preserving this tradition. Visit the local fresh market and enjoy a gourmet picnic breakfast at the beautiful Kuang Si Waterfall.
The rest of the day is free at leisure for you to enjoy the resort’s facilities. For stays at Amantaka, the use of bicycles, tuk-tuk or car transportation is available for you to explore the Luang Prabang area.
