Visit 6-7 UNESCO sites across Brazil in one trip. Soak in Iguazú Falls via trails, Gran Aventura boat, and helicopter. Explore Rio de Janeiro’s many faces, from iconic Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf to colorful Santa Teresa’s bohemian streets and the exuberant energy of its modern districts. Marvel at Lençóis Maranhenses’ otherworldly landscapes, where white sand dunes cradle thousands of rainwater lagoons in a surreal, UNESCO-recognized biome. Unveil lesser-known colonial gems: Ouro Preto’s Baroque legacy with Aleijadinho’s masterpieces, São Luís’ azulejo-lined streets, and Salvador’s Afro-Brazilian soul in its vibrant historic core.

Transfer: Airport to Accommodation

Transfer: Sao Paulo to Iguazu Falls
You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Iguazu Falls (approx. flight duration: 1 hour 50 minutes). Discover the magnificent Iguazu Falls, one of the New Seven Natural Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is the largest waterfall system in the world and the larger Iguazu area straddling three borders: Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay (Tres Fronteras).
Iguazu Falls (Brazil Side)
The Brazilian side of the falls is best known for its sweeping panoramic views of the falls. Stroll along the well-developed walkways and stop at different viewpoints to appreciate the full grandeur of the Iguazu. The trail ends at the spectacular Devil’s Throat, where you’ll be able to get up close to the falls’ mighty spray. Ride the glass elevator up to the upper deck for stunning views from the top. Board a glass elevator into the platform for a more exquisite view of the falls.
Optional: Helicopter Flight over Iguazu Falls (Shared Basis)
To experience the falls from a new perspective high in the sky, embark on a thrilling helicopter adventure at additional cost. Lasting about 10-12 minutes, the helicopter takes you over the Brazilian side of the falls. Min. 10 pax is required for the helicopter trip to take off.

Iguazu Falls (Argentina Side)
The Argentinian side covers two thirds of Iguazu Falls and is best known for its extensive walking trails and the opportunity to get up close to the falls. Board an ecological train to the Devil’s Throat station, where you will walk to the highest point of the falls, visiting the suspended platform at the brink of the Devil’s Throat, largest of the waterfalls with a height of 80m!
Gran Aventura Boat Ride (Shared Basis)
Enter the jungle from the Sendero Yacaratia trail before arriving at the floating platform at the Puerto Macuco Base. Head out on a motorboat ride through the Canyon of the Iguassu River, passing through the calm side of the San Martin Island, the Three Musketeers Waterfall where both the Brazilian and the Argentinian side of the falls can be viewed. Sail to the unforgettable San Martin waterfall, the largest of the cascade that a motorboat can approach! Get up close to the falls and enjoy the thrill of getting drenched by the falls’ strong spray before heading back to the visitor’s centre.
Note: This activity is not available for children under 12 years old, pregnant women and people with medical condition. We recommend to bring raincoat and extra clothes as you may be completely wet.

Transfer: Iguazu Falls to Ouro Preto
You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Belo Horizonte (approx. flight duration: 2 hours). Upon arrival, you will be transferred approximately 2.5 hours to your accommodation in Ouro Preto, the most important historic city in the state of Minas Gerais.

Golden Circuit: Ouro Preto & Mariana
Explore the UNESCO-listed Ouro Preto, an important point of Brazil’s historic Gold Circuit. The city is now one of the biggest Baroque urban landscapes in the world and it houses some of the most valuable collection of Baroque arts. You will visit Sao Francisco de Assis Church, Church of Our Lady of the Pillar, Oratorio Museum and the Opera House.
Let us whisk you to the nearby town of Mariana, once a capital of Minas Gerais and dotted with 18th century colonial houses with their balconies of wood, iron and soapstone. In Minas Gerais Square, we will visit the St. Francis of Assis Church with its intricately sculpted door, the Our Lady of Carmel Church, the City Hall and the Pillory.

Transfer: Ouro Preto to Sao Luis
You will be transferred to the Belo Horizonte Airport for your flight to Sao Luis (approx. flight duration: 2 hours 45 minutes). Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your accommodation for the night.
If your flight schedule permits, we can also tailor-make a stop at the UNESCO-listed Pampulha, known for its modernist urban project courtesy of famous architect Oscar Niemeyer. Additional cost applies.

Sao Luis: Tiled City of the Atlantic
The captivating coastal city of Sao Luis (UNESCO) is a fascinating blend of Portuguese, French and Dutch cultural influences, with a historic centre dotted with colorful colonial mansions, intricate azulejo tiles and centenarian churches. Interesting stops include Palace of the Lions, Arthur Azevedo Theater and the craft market of Casa das Tulhas.

Transfer: Sao Luis to Atins
You will be transferred approximately 260km / 4h to Barreirinhas. From Beira Rio port, let us whisk you on a speedboad tour along the Preguicas River into the port of Atins.

Stunning Lagoons of Lencois Maranhenses
Enjoy Atins Lagoons excursion to the breathtaking Lencois Maranhenses National Park (UNESCO), famous for its rolling sand dunes filled with freshwater lagoons. The best time to visit Lencois Maranhenses is between June to September, when the lagoons are filled with rainwater.

Transfer: Atins to Salvador da Bahia
You will be transferred to Sao Luis Airport, taking approximately 1 hour of river navigation and 4 hours of driving time. The flight from Sao Luis to Salvador da Bahia takes approximately 2 hours 5 minutes. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your accommodation for the night.

Soulful Heritage of Salvador
Explore the coastal district of Barra and the historic centre of Pelourinho (UNESCO), home to the largest and best-preserved complex of colonial architecture in the Americas, where you will visit the Pelourinho Square and Sao Francisco Church. Continue to the “Lower City” where you will admire the Tororo Lagoon with its impressive candomblé orixas statues, the Arena Fonte Nova football stadium, and the Itapagipe Peninsula. Observe the fishermen and shellfish collectors, visit the Sorveteria da Riberia ice cream parlor and enjoy a panoramic view of the bay and city from the Monserrat district. Conclude at Mercado Modelo where you can shop for local artifacts and souvenirs if you wish.

Transfer: Salvador da Bahia to Rio de Janeiro
You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Rio de Janeiro (approx. flight duration: 2 hours 5 minutes). Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your accommodation for the night.

Corcovado & Sugarloaf Mountains
Let us take you on a scenic drive along Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon to the bottom of Corcovado Mountain, from which point you will take a Cog Train ride to Corcovado’s peak where you can find the iconic Statue of Christ the Redeemer while enjoying breathtaking views of Copacabana, Ipanema, and the city of Rio. Head to the base of Sugarloaf Mountain at the Urca neighborhood and enjoy a scenic cable car up to both Morro da Urca and the summit of Sugarloaf Mountain. Soak in a wonderful360-degree panoramas of Rio, set against the scenic backdrop of the dense Tijuca forest. The mountainous carioca landscapes of Rio de Janeiro is inscribed into the list of UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Secrets of New Rio & Santa Teresa
Admire the historical and modern architectural influences of downtown Rio and discover the new secrets of the city. Visit Paco Imperial, Cinelandia Square and take the “VLT”, a modern light rail vehicle which connects several points of the historic centre to the Port Zone, Rio’s newest waterfront hot spot.
Visit Museu do Amanha and Museu de Arte do Rio (Rio’s Art Museum), and stroll along the Olympic Boulevard, specially renovated for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. At the Boulevard, discover the colorful Ethnicities mural, painted by Brazilian artist Eduardo Kobra. The mural holds the Guinness World Record as the world’s largest graffiti art.
Explore the lively Lapa district and the colourful, world-famous Selaron Steps. Then, we explore the bohemian Santa Teresa district, visiting the Ruins Park, Museu da Chacara do Ceu, and Largo do Guimaraes, where the best bars and restaurants are located.

Carnival Unmasked
While the iconic Carnival Parade takes place once a year, the craftmanship happens daily behind the scenes. Visit Cidade do Samba and the warehouse of Academicos do Grande Rio, where elaborate costumes, allegories and history of the parade are brought to life. Step into the celebration yourself by trying on the costumes and make a toast with a traditional caipirinha!
