Barcelona Gothic Quarter Walk

Take a city walk of Gothic Quarter, the ancient heart of the city dating back to 2000 years of Roman colony of Barcino. Visit the Augustus Temple, the cathedral and the palatine chapel of Santa Agata as you discover the streets and squares. For those who are interested or have more time, you may want to include a visit to the Picasso Museum.

Excursion to Montserrat (5h)

Meet your driver at the hotel lobby for transfer to Montserrat. It is located in a nature park west of Barcelona, where Catalonia’s patron saint, The Virgin of Montserrat is worshipped at the shrine in the monastery. 80 Benedictine monks still serve this shrine. You may visit the legendary statue of the Black Madonna. Your Monserrat is also home to the oldest boy’s choir in Europe and this choir trains in the Escolania with a high level of musical training, which you can consider experiencing if time permits and depending on your interest. Your driver will drive you back to Barcelona.

Gaudi Half Day Tour

Barcelona is famous for its Gaudi and other Art Nouveau architecture. On this tour, we will visit the magnificent Church of the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell, displaying Gaudi’s full artistic powers and innovative ideas in construction. After the tour, meet your driver for transfer to hotel.

Car Transfer: Barcelona – Val d’Aran (Pyrenees)

Meet your driver at the hotel lobby for transfer to Val d’Aran in Pyrenees for approximately 4 hours.

Full Day Hike in Aiguestortes National Park and Visit to Boo Valley

This morning, meet your driver at the hotel lobby for transfer to Aiguestortes National Park (approx 1 hour). Once you arrive, embark on a 3-hour hike passing streams, lakes and waterfalls. After the hike, take a short drive to the nearby village of Barruera for a complete tasting menu at a traditional restaurant. After lunch, head to the village of Taull to discover the Romanesque churches and hermitages of Vall de Boi. You will visit the most popular church, Sant Climent of Taull, where you will enjoy a video mapping to see how the church was decorated with Fresco paintings in the Middle Ages. At the end of this day, your driver will meet you for transfer to hotel.

Full Day Rafting in Noguera Pallaresa and Shepherd Experience

After breakfast, your driver will meet your for transfer to Llavorsi (approx 1 hour). You will enjoy rafting along an interesting section in Noguera Pallaresa with best river rapids and impressive landscapes. Intensity will be adapted to your preference. Proceed to the village, where you can refresh and change in a hotel before proceeding to enjoy a gourmet Tapas lunch based on local produces.

After lunch, you will be transferred to Llessui to mingle with the local shepherds and learn about this ancient rural profession. You will have the opportunity to sample local cheese and produces from the Assua Valley. After this action-packed day, you will be transferred to hotel for a good rest.

Car Transfer: Val d’Aran (Pyrenees) – Andorra with en route Sightseeing

After breakfast, meet your driver at the hotel lobby for transfer to Andorra (approx 3 hours).

Andorra Full Day Tour

We’ll begin this tour at the starting point of Pardines’ Path, you will meet the local guide for a 90 minute leisurely hike to Engolasters lake over smooth terrain with almost no elevation. After the hike, you will proceed with your driver to Andorra la Vella for lunch (own expense). After lunch, embark on a guided walking tour around the town centre, where you will visit Casa de La Vall, the old parliament house of Andorra to learn about the history of this country. Following a short drive, you will proceed to Espai Columba, a museum of Romanesque Art in Andorra and Santa Coloma church, where you can admire its original frescoes. When this tour concludes, your driver will ensure your safe return to your hotel.

Meet your driver at the hotel lobby for transfer to Girona. The drive is approximately 3 hours.

Upon arrival at Girona, enjoy the day at leisure. Girona is home to some of Catalonia’s best culinary scenes, including a few Michelin-starred restaurants.

Girona & Figueres

Meet your driver at the hotel lobby to begin this tour. We will drive to Girona, considered one of the most charming cities in Spain. We will stroll through the old historic centre and the most picturesque areas, visit the Cathedral, which dates from the 11 th century and whose interior includes the widest Gothic nave in the world, discover the Benedictine Abbey of Sant Pere dels Galligants Then we will head over to Figueres to visit the Dali Theatre Museum, the largest surrealistic object in the world, which occupies the old municipal theatre of the town, destroyed during the Spanish Civil War The museum is already a work of art in itself, but also houses many famous works by Dalí, one of the most iconic painters of the twentieth century. When this day trip concludes, meet your driver for transfer to hotel.
