As the second largest species of penguin, the King Penguin is a rare species that can only be found in the more temperate portions of the region. As you observe their graceful movements and hear their melodic calls, you are enveloped in a sense of awe and reverence.

You will be transferred to the port for your ferry transfer to Punta Arenas, followed by a car transfer to Torres del Paine.

Named by some as the eighth wonder of the world, Torres Del Paine in Patagonia is part of UNESCO’s biosphere reserve and is considered to be South America’s finest national park. Its cinematic scenery awes with teal lakes and emerald forests, crystalline glaciers, and purple-hued sunsets, set against the iconic granite peaks of Paine Massif.

Step off-the-beaten into Sierra Baguales, known for its sculpted peaks rising across the northeastern corner of the Torres del Paine steppe, where the Chilean landscape converges with the border of Argentina and forms a landscape that is unspoiled, remote and wild. Formed by glaciers, the rocks of Sierra Baguales contain fossils of plants, mammals and marine invertebrates.
