Option 1: A Hike in Aegiali Bay

Known for its rugged, untouched beauty, let us whisk you on a hike across the ancient path across Amorgos’ traditional villages. Set off on a moderate 7.5km hike from Tholaria towards Lagada with a rewarding view of Aegiali Bay and the celebrated Panagia Epanochoriani church along the way. After a sweet local pastry at a traditional café, we visit the historic Agia Triada church and descend towards the crystal-clear waters of Aegiali Bay. Don’t forget to bring your closed-toe walking shoes, hat, swimsuit, sunscreen, camera and reusable water bottle!

Option 2: Secrets of Amorgian Cooking

Guided by our beloved chef, you will uncover the secrets of traditional Amorgian cooking during this private cooking class experience. From stuffed tomatoes, gemista peppers, layered moussaka, refreshing tzatziki, creamy Amorgian fava to smoky eggpland salada, the menu is as authentic as it is mouth-watering!

Option 1: Ancient Kameiros & Valley of the Butterflies

Let us whisk you on a scenic drive through quaint villages and olive groves into the ancient city of Kameiros, known as the “Pompeii of Rhodes” thanks to its well-preserved houses, temples, altars and statue bases. You will also visit the serene Valley of the Butterflies, which attracts thousands of butterflies to mate beween June and September, offering the unique opportunity to witness the butterflies in their remarkable life cycle.

Option 2: Farm-to-Table in Rhodes with Wine Tasting

Guided by an expert chef in a charming local farmhouse, roll up your sleeves and master the classic recipes of Rhodes, from handmade pasta to savory pies to traditional meze. After the cooking session, indulge in a curated wine tasting featuring the fines of local Rhodes wines, carefully paired with local flavors for an unforgettable taste of the island’s culture and gastronomy.

Today is free at leisure for you to explore the beautiful Bodrum at your own pace. Located on Turkey’s sun-drenched Aegean coast, Bodrum is a chic seaside city dotted with quaint cafes, artisan workshops and bougainvillea-draped whitewashed walls.

Jerusalem of the Aegean

Known for its blend of spiritual depth and rich tradition, our exploration of Patmos begins at the Cave of the Apocalypse, the sacred site where St. John received the divine vision that became the Book of Revelation. Ascend to thehilltop village of Chora for panoramic views of the island, admiring the elegant traditional mansions and the Monastery of St. John the Theologian. Within its walls, you can glimpse into the monastic life and admire its priceless treasures, including a masterpiece attributed to El Greco. Our walk continues into the House of Simandiris, beautifully adorned with antique furnishings, embroidery and artwork carefully preserved through the generations by the Simandiris family. If time permits, enjoy a leisurely stroll through Chora’s open-air shops before returning to the port.

Experience the true essence of Santorini away from the mainstream trail. Admire the panoramic views over the island from Pyrgos Castle and the island’s peak at the Prophet Elias Mountain. Immerse in the island’s winemaking tradition at a celebrated local vineyard. Guided by an experienced local sommelier, discover how the island’s volcanic soil shapes Santorini’s exceptional wines. Get acquainted with the farm’s charming animals, explore the lush vegetable gardens and savor freshly-prepared meals made from local ingredients.

Option 2: A Hike through Santorini’s Caldera Villages

Framed by Santorini’s world-famous supervolcano caldera that inspired the legend of Atlantis, follow the ancient footsteps between the whitewashed villages of Fira and Oia, taking in breathtaking vistas and some of Santorini’s most celebrated sights along the way. This experience lasts approximately 5 hours.

Option 3: E-Biking to Pyrgos & Megalochori

Wander through the hitoric old city of Castelli at the charming Emporio village. From there, we cycle along the scenic wine trail into Megalochori, one of Santorini’s most authentic villages. In Megalochori, you may choose to indulge in memorable tasting at Venetsanos Winery (one of the island’s oldest) or a leisurely break with Greek coffee at a local café, before reaching a breathtaking view of the caldera. For the return journey, we follow a different route under the graceful silouettes of Emporio’s iconic windmills.

Milos Highlights & Gastronomy

Explore the island’s most celebrated sights, including the lunar white rock formations of Sarakiniko, the charming alleys of Plaka with sweeping views of the bay, and the ancient Roman theatre and Christian catacombs of Tripiti. Thereafter, a local chef will meet you for a hands-on cooking class to prepare beloved island specialities such as pitarakia (cheese pies), tomato fritters or slow-cooked lambs.
