Itinerary
Arrival in Abu Dhabi
Arriving into Abu Dhabi International Airport, you will be met for a half day Abu Dhabi city tour if time permits. Marvel at new developments around Yas Island, Saadiyat Island and take images of Abu Dhabi skyline from a vantage point. Afterwards, visit the opulent government palace of Qasr Al Watan (this working palace may be closed at times) before driving pass tree-lined Al Bateen residential area and conclude at Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.
Abu Dhabi
We dedicate the day to explore two of Abu Dhabi’s great museums. Start at Louvre Abu Dhabi, the largest art and civilization museum in the Arabian peninsula. Continue to Manarat Al Saadiyat, an arts and cultural centre which serves as the site for the annual Abu Dhabi Art with collections of renowned international artists, aspiring local exhibits and future Saadiyat projects.
Abu Dhabi / Empty Quarter
Today, you will be transferred from Abu Dhabi to your desert resort in the Empty Quarter, the world’s largest contiguous sand dune. On arrival, you will enjoy sunset camel trek before retreating to your resort to rest.
Empty Quarter / Liwa Desert
Today’s fascinating drive brings you to Liwa Safari near to the border of Saudi Arabia, emerging like a mirage amidst endless dunes stretching into the horizon. Thereafter, we transfer back to your resort to rest.
Empty Quarter / Departure from Abu Dhabi
Today, you will be transferred back to the airport for your onwards flight.
