Role Purpose:
As the Business Development and Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in driving business expansion, cultivating high-value partnerships, and unlocking new market opportunities to elevate the brand’s presence and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development (50%):
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration prospects to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and key partners.
- Develop and present proposals to potential clients or partners to foster growth.
- Lead and manage lead generation initiatives, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Event Management & Campaign Execution (30%):
- Plan and manage high-impact events and campaigns that showcase brand offerings, such as product launches, webinars, or exclusive experiences.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event execution.
- Offline Marketing (10%):
- Database management and customer experience
- Identify potential offline activities opportunities aligned with the brand’s objectives and directions.
- Oversee production and placement of traditional marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers and posters for events and partner collaboration.
- Reporting & Budget Management (5%):
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and KPIs.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving objectives.
- Others (5%):
- Additional marketing initiatives tasked by the management.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- of 5 years being a Business Development Manager in Hong Kong
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in event management
- Creative thinker with attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in luxury, travel, lifestyle or hospitality industries is an advantage
- Basic design and photography skills will be considered as an asset
