Start the journey in the port city of Jaffa, then take on ancient sites in Caesarea and Acre, before immersing yourself into biblical sites of Galilee, Nazareth, Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Have a taste of the spectacular Negev desert, before returning to cosmopolitan Tel Aviv.

Upon arrival at Tel Aviv Airport, meet your driver and guide at the arrival hall and transfer to your hotel in Jaffa (approx. 25km, 35min).
We will spend the afternoon taking a light stroll around the former Arab Port at Old Jaffa, checking out the local shuks (markets) and stroll through the labyrinth of alleys in Neve Tzedek.
Depart Jaffa today for drive up coast to the Sea of Galilee (approx. 200km, 3hrs). En route, you will drive along the coast to the Caesarea, Herod’s harbour city, where you will have an archaeologist to take you around the site of Herod’s harbour city.
Continue onwards to the magnificent Baha’i Gardens in Haifa which has UNESCO status, and explore the underground Crusader City of Acre before driving onwards to Tiberias to check-in to your hotel.
Take a boat ride across the Sea of Galilee from Tiberias to Capernaum, a village on the coast of Sea of Galilee the people first saw the miracles and listened to the teachings of Jesus. Tour the Ancient Synagogue and ends at the House of Peter.
Visit a Kibbutz, which means communal settlement in Hebrew and is a voluntary democratic community where people live and work together on a non-competitive basis. Experience a typical Druze lunch, and learn about the traditions of the Druze people through their hospitality.
Today to head down towards Jerusalem (approx. 180km, 2hr 45min).
En route, we will stop in Nazareth, perhaps one of the most visited site of all Christian pilgrimages trip, with the home of Mary, Joseph and infant Jesus being one of the big draw, as well as the Basilica of the Annunciation.
Jerusalem is the spiritual hub of Christianity, Islam and Jews. Today, have an introductory tour of this holy city. Start from the Citadel, known as the “Tower of David”, a significant fortifications made by the Israelite, King David. The citadel’s museum beautifully brings to life Jerusalem’s history and offers changing exhibitions and activities for all ages. Make a visit to Mount of Olives, with its world’s oldest and largest Jewish cemetery. You can also get a bird-eye view of the Old City from here.
Today, explore the East & West of Jerusalem, including Ein Kerem, where Christian tradition says John the Baptist was born. An Israeli and a Palestinian guide will each tell their divergent narrative of the village’s role in Israel’s 1948 War of Independence. You will also cover other sites like Hadassah Hospital and Chagall Windows, Mt. Herzl, the Mea Shearim Orthodox neighborhood and meet member of community to learn more about their religious customs) and the bustling Mahane Yehuda market.
This morning, we make an excursion to another top biblical site – Bethlehem, the birthplace of Jesus Christ. You will visit the Church of Nativity, the Milk Grotto Chapel, King Cinema and Well.
Enjoy dinner with a Palestinian family this evening where you get to hear more about their lives.
Depart Jerusalem for the Negev Desert (approx. 350km, 4hrs). En route, stop at Masada National Park, the center of archaeological and historical sites of Israel’s Dead Sea. Visit the Qumran Cave on its northern shore of Dead Sea where the famous Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered, and enjoy a short but scenic cable car ride to the top of the Masada Fortress, where a fantastic view to the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea awaits!
Continue on your drive into the Negev Desert.
Enjoy a half-day jeep safari to Ramon Crater, the world’s largest erosion crater and is a unique landform to the Negev and Egypt’s Sinai Deserts.
The afternoon is at leisure to relax in your hotel, which has wonderful views of the surrounding desert landscape and a good spa. There are other activities that can be arranged.
Enjoy one relaxed morning at your resort before driving back back to Tel Aviv (approx. 200km, 2 – 2.5hrs). Be introduced to the economic centre of Israel as you browse the colorful neighborhoods and take in the city’s landmarks, ancient sites and vibrant street markets. Visit the fascinating Diaspora Museum to enjoy a local perspective on life in the city.
Enjoy a day in Tel Aviv with your driver and guide, to do some last minute shopping before the transfer to Tel Aviv Airport for your onward journey.
