Amankora Punakha

Reached by crossing a suspension bridge over the Mo Chhu River, Amankora Punakha Lodge offers scenic views of the famed Punakha rice terraces and an orange orchard. The retreat incorporates elements of a traditional Bhutanese farmhouse built by a former chief abbott of Bhutan and sits in an area where Bhutanese royals spend their winters.
